How to check iOS receipts
If you have signed up for PandaPow VPN via the iOS App Store but not received any account information, then you can navigate to “Check receipts” in the app which should fix the issue.
There are two ways to check your iOS receipts, depending if you are logged in to the PandaPow iOS app or not.
If you are logged in to the PandaPow iOS App:
Step 1. Click the Menu icon in the top left, as indicated on the screenshot above.
Step 2. Click on the “Account” tab
Step 3. Click “Renew Now”
Step 4. Click “Check receipts”
If that does not fix the issue, then click “Copy receipt to clipboard” and send all the text to us in an email at [email protected]
If you NOT are logged in to the iOS PandaPow App:
Step 1. Click “Sign up” as indicated in the screenshot above.
Step 2. Enter your information
Step 3. Click “Sign up” again, but DO NOT click “Buy Now”
Step 4. Instead, click “Check receipts”
If that does not fix the issue, then click “Copy receipt to clipboard” and send all the text to us in an email at [email protected]
