The PandaPow connection only supports IPv4 which is the traditional way of sending traffic over the Internet. There is, however, a new standard emerging, called IPv6. If your internet connection is IPv6 enabled, you may in fact be sending traffic directly onto the internet instead of via the PandaPow connection as intended.
To avoid this you need to disable IPv6 on your Internet connection.
