If you think someone is using your PandaPow account without your consent, you should reset the password. Otherwise you will get disconnected from the service whenever the other user is connected. To reset the password for you PandaPow account please follow below instructions:
Get a new VPN password
- First log in to this website. (Note that the site password and VPN password are different; changing one of them will not change the other).
- Go to the client-area where you will see a list of your VPN account(s).
- Click on the account that you wish to reset the password for.
- Click the ‘Reset’ link next to the password. If you don’t see a ‘Reset’ link, it is because your account is not active so it can’t be used.
Once the above steps are completed you will get an email with the new password, and a new password will appear in the VPN account details on the web site.
