The PandaPow app can use 2 different ways of transmitting data: UDP and TCP. Most of the time UDP is preferred, but in some cases it may be slow, restricted or even not work at all. Then you can switch to TCP instead. Other times, TCP isn’t working well, so you need to use UDP.

Windows
From the PandaPow menu, or the PandaPow status icon menu, select Settings. In the Advanced tab of the settings dialog. In the Allowed Protocols select either UDP & TCP or TCP Only . Now click OK. The new settings will take affect next time you connect PandaPow. See also here.
Mac OS X
Version 2.3.9 and older:
On Mac OS X simply choose a connection whose name ends in TCP. If you don’t find these connections, then please update to the latest version of PandaPow for Mac. Download it by clicking the Download button to the right, and then install it as before.
Version 3 and newer:
You can select TCP or UDP in the VPN settings. Tap the cogwheel located to the right of the currently selected server and change Protocol from UDP to TCP.
Make sure you tap Apply so that the setting takes effect (and the connection (re)starts).
Android 4.x
On Android using the latest PandaPow app you can select TCP or UDP in the VPN settings. Tap the cogwheel located to the right of the currently selected server and change Protocol from UDP to TCP.

PandaPow WiFi
On PandaPow Wifi using the new GUI you can select TCP or UDP in the VPN settings. Tap the “+” and you’ll see the settings.

Other
On earlier versions of Android, and on iOS you have the choice of PPTP or L2TP/IPSec. PPTP is based on TCP, L2TP/IPSec is based on UDP.
