How to update the server list

The PandaPow apps frequently get more servers added to the list of available servers.

Normally the update happens automatically, without intervention, but you can might sometimes want to update manually. To do that, please follow below instructions:

 

Windows

On Windows the servers are updated every time you connect or start the application. So to update, simply disconnect and reconnect or restart the application. A message will appear in the log display when the servers are updated.

Note: Servers for Australia are currently found under Asia, and servers for Canada under USA.

 

Mac (Version 2.3.9 and older)

On Mac the servers are updated at regular intervals. You can also force the application to check for new servers by restarting it, or by clicking the Check Now button in the details windows Preferences tab.

If there are new servers available, you will notice that the PandaPow menu has a new option Configs Downloaded . Note that the application must restart in order to install the new server configs. If you select the menu option, the servers will be installed and the app automatically restarted.

Mac – Version 3 and later

Then the app will automatically update the servers list. Alternatively, you can reset the server list as described here.

 

Android

If your server list isn’t updated automatically, please try logging out and loggin in to the app again. To logout, select Account from the menu and click the Sign out button.

 

iOS (iPhone and iPad)

Then the app will automatically update the servers list. Alternatively, you can reset the server list as described here.
