This explains how to open the PandaPow.pbk file with the correct program on Windows. Sometimes the .pbk file extension is associated with the wrong program, so you need to choose the correct program for it to open properly.
Do this as follows:
On Windows XP
- Right-click the PandaPow.pbk file and choose Open with then Choose Program…
- If you see a program called Remote Access Phonebook choose that, if not please click Browse… and continue with the next step.
- Browse to the following place: My Computer > Local Disk (C:) > WINDOWS > system32
- Select the exe-file named rasphone, click OK.
